Ø Managed store schedule efficiency to boost sales and provide outstanding client service using PeopleSoft and Staffworks software for a staff of 500 team members Ø Processed and calculated store payroll for a staff of 500 team members using PeopleSoft software Ø Monitored and processed store workers’ compensation claims and LOA Ø Staffing: recruited and selected employees Ø Retention: monitored the implementation of corrective action and disciplines to the entire team Ø Management: ensure all compensation, benefits; payroll and safety related transactions are completed on time, with accuracy and in full compliance with NYS law from a workforce of 500 team members Ø Performed New Hire Orientations and Safety Seminars weekly Ø Trained all management staff on corrective action policies
