Daily Duties at Agrippina Productions:

Responsibilities included handling of all correspondence (both email and regular mail) phones, research work for producer, planning events, dealing with clients, data entry (theater records) filing, making appointments and keeping the producer's calendar, running errands. PERSONAL ASSISTANT/PRODUCTION MANAGER/GRAPHIC ARTIST: Duties would include going over scripts for production, calling and booking theaters and rehearsal studios. Setting up and working auditions, arranging rehearsal schedules, scouting talent, taking care of the website for the show, taking early ticket reservations, taking care of props and costume storage, stage manager. Production and graphic artwork included designing and constructing playbills, fliers, cards, putting together and sending out press kits, sending out notices of the play to newspapers. Arranging for reviewers to see the show.
