Responsible for hiring, firing, training of all staff. Scheduling 35 staff members, Ordering all Liquor, paper, and beverage supplies for a high volume club. Creating a positive and neutral work environment for a staff comprised of a variety of ages, personalities and backgrounds.being an effective team leader as well as innovating new policies to help the company grow to it's fullest potential.
