Daily Duties at Intelsat:

• Managed the construction of satellites at Space System/Loral, Palo Alto, CA and at Lockheed Martin, Princeton, NJ facilities. • Developed customer-client relationship with many international companies in Europe, Australia, Russia and Japan. • Built international teams. Actively participated in finding and hiring as many local candidates as possible. Normal recruiting processes were refined and optimized to speed up the hiring process • Worked with the management to meet recruiting goals and targets and developed metrics. • Created and built a data base of candidates with required skills to meet the critical staffing needs for various programs. • Developed knowledge of the recruiting processes. Regularly attended and recruited candidates from the colleges and job fairs • Completed an Effective Recruitment Techniques course.
