Daily Duties at Global Companies:
• Assisting US and European clients in finding right skill sets in Engineering, Operations and Information Technology. • Developed hiring strategies for US and Global locations. Personally filled over 70 positions. Some of them were out-sourced to India • Building strategic relationships with universities, technical organizations and referral networks. • Developing, managing and implementing Recruiting, Sourcing and Client Management processes for domestic and international clients. • Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to define needs and implement appropriate recruiting strategies. • Prepare job orders/requisitions. Identify and match potential clients and candidates using multiple sourcing methods e.g. on line data resources and networking. • Conduct screening and preliminary interviews, reference checks, negotiations of the compensation package etc. Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of the recruiting function.
