Daily Duties at Fidelity National Default:

24-hour response to e-mails (100+) per day. Run daily reports to be analyzed and graded of which is assigned to examiner for defects and entering data for clients. Scheduling one hour training session per day to foreclosure team on comprehensive process of foreclosures and compliances required by each State, nationwide. Extensive internet search, document imaging, scanning and storing. Articulate communications written and verbal with detail log of discussion. Resolve title defects and issues by evidence of documents and application of state statutes, regulations and requirements. Monitor teams performance and production levels with random audit for approval and ability to provide insurable title post-foreclosure and advise to proceed with the foreclosure process. Create tools, database, networking and integrating resources used as tools for efficiency and accuracy. Audit billing to client and provide status of each case. Counsel and seek advice from attorneys, title advisory, underwriters and officials for cases with status of failure of title.
