Daily Duties at Land Auction.Com:
Streamline deed department’s tasks, implement procedures outlining functions thereby improving production levels to allow quality assurance team adequate timeline to perfect legal document’s liability prior to recording. Assign workload, monitor process and audit documents for compliance and distribute rejected documents for correction. Develop database tools by integrating information and resources for job efficiency and networking inter-departmentally and with business officials. Comprehensive and routine training on all State and County mandated guidelines, statutes, regulations, requirements and compliances, nationwide. Maintain a 4% error rate overall and focus on resolving by counseling or recommendation. Additional supportive roles include title advisor, legal counsel liaison, resolution officer and coordinator. Manage and resolve customer disputes, delinquent accounts, title defects and legal issues.
