Management and supervisory responsibility for day-to-day operations of the business including personnel, payroll, routes, maintenance repairs, cafeteria, accountability and office coffee service, profit and loss statement, aging reports, inventory control and purchasing to accommodate sales of $3,750,000 / year. Handled negotiations of price increases and contract proposals. Maintained account base while increasing new business through referral and networking. Maintained a 98% customer base during my tenure. Managed accounts payable, general ledger, payroll and buying requirements. Developed and implemented a realistic and working budget. Sales forecasting. Increased sales from $1,750,000 to more than $3,750,000 over the past three years. Also, increased gross profits from (48.5% to 56.6%).
