* Demonstrate and promote a consistent and positive customer service approach in all situations * Supervise assigned shift personnel and ensure the required components of patrol are performed in a timely and accurate manner * Manage the administrative function in ensuring the accurate and timely submission of Incident, Accident and Injury Reports, Equipment Usage Logs and Personnel Documents * Perform personnel related duties including the development of staff, hiring, promoting, and performance documentation * Conduct investigations, monitor cameras, provide first aid, enforce banishments, report writing, correct officer reports
