Daily Duties at Spears Manufactureing:
Ensure that correct materials are getting to the correct machines, ensure that barrels and baskets are labled correctly. Check and cleanfilters and valves. Remove and replace parts baskets. Ensure material changes are completed. Support railcar transfers. Monitor switchbords, mixers. Review part quality. Report problems with parts or machines. Visually check all parts fo short-shots, sink, excessive burn, carbon, contamination or other non conformities. Perform special or supplemental inspections.
