Daily Duties at Tellabs Operations:

Developed and implemented worldwide strategic and tactical plans supporting introduction, global deployment, and technical support of new and future products. Recruited and managed 11 managers in North America, Europe, and Latin America, with oversight responsibility for 96 technical and administrative team members. Coordinated efforts with Research & Development team to drive customer service issues into product design. Served as escalation point for key customers on major issues. Project-managed development and implementation of organization-wide corporate scorecard system and associated performance management processes designed to improve compensation and incentive plans.
