Regional Marketing Director Americas, Corporate Marketing. Provided leadership for market segmentation, channel development. * Defined/executed corporate and executive messaging for presentations, events, etc. Worked with account teams on marketing objectives and execution. Thought leadership for Elements of Success campaign Strategy and Communications Director, Telecom Services and Global Services. Coordinated all internal and external communications for $150M consulting, testing, engineering, transaction, and hosted services businesses. Reported to President. Number portability, MVNO, interconnection services market leader. Three direct reports. Initiated 171 marcom projects in 12 months. * Prepared executive communications (CEO, president, VPs) scripts, coaching, strategy/offer development,internal and external communications planning/execution e.g. internal newsletter, analyst communications. * Ensured brand/message integrity across business units. Managed/edited/created press releases, events, articles, brochures, white papers, web content, and market research. Improved analyst perceptions * Transformation messaging/branding and other content which resulted in Telcordia Services being listed in top 10 technology consulting companies; several innovation and excellence awards for promoted services Product Line Manager/Senior Solution Architect/Business Development Director, Common Language(r) Products. Developed customer/market-focused proposals and offers for maintaining and growing $60M business serving all service providers and equipment manufacturers in North America. * Reference data software and professional services marketing, including product line management, customer strategy, internal and external communications. Led strategic marketing and communications i.e. pricing, market segmentation, channel development, PR, events, value propositions, and market research * USA and international business development and sales (B2B). Designed new product offerings. Grew international opportunity pipeline from 12 - 80 qualified opportunities in less than 3 months * Created multi-media collateral: web content and design, white papers, articles, etc. Conference speaker; articles published. Presented and designed training for sales, marketing, customer care, and technical teams * Organized exhibits, created/made presentations, and developed demos for trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings. Developed business case tool * Organized meetings/events and presented seminars/training for clients and industry forums. Forum chair and international data standard expert, developed methods and procedures used throughout the telecom industry Product Line Manager, Network Design and Supply Chain Management Business. Responsible for growing and maintaining $20M in revenues. Grew inventory business from $9M to $12M in nine months. * Directed pricing, market segmentation, operations planning, product offerings, alliances (PeopleSoft, Oracle, E&Y, CTDI...), market research, and sales for product lines * Featured speaker, coordinator and facilitator for successful Inventory and Investment Management Forum * Developed marketing plans, collateral, contracts, proposals, and customer satisfaction strategies for existing products and new product introduction. Provided strategic direction for corporate sales and marketing * Technical and business leadership role in customer interactions and product teams. Measurably improved customer satisfaction and retention Technical Sales Manager. Product Line Management Group, Language Standards. Grew market segment from 12 - 125 clients and $6M - $12M in revenues. Increased revenues 40% annually in market segment. * Provided technical sales, customer service and support for providers in the USA and Canada. * Organized meetings and events, facilitated focus groups, and presented technical seminars at industry forums. * Led planning, development, pricing, market segmentation, product offers, market research, and sales strategies * Provided technical training for customers.
