Daily Duties at Channel Technologies:

Responsible for creating Strategic HR function at the corporate level and responsible for leading/managing all aspects of HR; instituted best practices and unified/ systematized diverse HR practices at the 6 wholly owned subsidiaries; provided Coaching for key leaders and managers, and provided training to enhance management skills and effectiveness at all management levels. Mentored junior HR team members and implemented policies and proceudres to streamline HR processes and better serve our customers. Implemented creative approaches to recruitment and retention. Created and implemented effective and simple to use "Results Oriented Performance Management" System. Responsible for effectively, legally, and humanely planning and carrying out 6 waves of layoffs of management and rank and file employees throughout the subsidiaries and at corporate due to severe financial downturn.
