Responsible for all aspects of HR for 1000+ person hi tech R&D and manufacturing facility. Implemented 6 Sigma processes and developed/managed mentoring program. Coached supervisors, managers, and others in effective leadership. Provided leadership training and employee relations. Developed innovative, sytematic program to ensure knowledge transfer from soon to retire individuals to appropriately skilled and motivated employees of the key technical knowledge critical to business success.
