Created and led the HR Department; was responsible for all aspects of HR and was strategic business partner with the CEO/President and the other memebers of the Executive team. Played key role in strategic planning, acquisitions/divestitures and in creating/starting up a wholly owned subsidiary. Developed and implemented compensation program and specific incentive programs for various segments of workforce (sales, customer service, etc.) Created Leadership Developement Programs for all levels of management and provided coaching. Provided HR Leadership for both established and newly created offices throughout the nation.
