Daily Duties at Pentabs:
Created HR department and manaaged all aspects of the HR function; was Strategic Business Partner with President and other members of the Exec Team; redesigned employee benefits program to better meet the needs of the employees while saving the company considerable moeny; developed and implemented effective compensation and incentive programs;company was sold and I was offered VP HR job with new company in Florida, but chose not to move.
