? Provided client support and services for my assigned states (970 clients in10 states) ? Processed and reviewed Electronic Data Interchange enrollment forms for hospitals and physicians offices for accuracy and legibility ? EDI Enrollment forms were required for Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Tricare, Workers Comp and some private insurance companies ? Followed up and received approvals from the insurance companies. ? Updated individual clients software ? Enrollments forms included: UB92 and HCFA1500: 276/277, DDE and 835 remits ? Worked daily reports for records of provider numbers not approved on the clearinghouse security system. ? Provided client support services to resolve their issues with software &/or their system set up ? Answered telephone calls &/or e-mails from internal associates, clients and insurance companies ? Prioritized heavy workload and any other urgent issues of the day
