Daily Duties at Exceptional Children's Foundation:
My duties included, but were not limited to: Hold monthly meetings with volunteer committees Create budgets Expense and income tracking Logistics planning – Meeting with park, city, police and fire officials Apply for permits and licensing Negotiating contracts Contracting outside labor Equipment rentals Oversee booking of entertainment Generating reports Solicitation of sponsorship and in-kind donations Donor tracking and correspondence Update and maintain databases Public Relations and advertising Coordinating volunteers Mass mailings Computer research Approximately 300 volunteers would assist us for 2 days to set-up, sell tickets, parking, registration, food service and tear down. Other annual ECF events I coordinated: ECF’s Home Run 5 & 10k Run/Walk The annual “First Ever” Golf Tournament Wine Tasting events Gala Dinners Networking Luncheons
