Developed multiple technical designs for enterprise-based Customer Service, Imaging, e-Commerce, Collections, Logistics, USA Patriot ACT, Knowledge Base, Data Warehousing, VRU, and Reporting applications, utilizing Internet, Mainframe, DB2, Oracle, Kana Communications, Hyperion, SAN Disk, Windows, AIX, Linux, Sun Solaris, Websphere, J2EE/JAVA. Achievements: * Developed high-level estimates and ensured technology architecture standards are met by overseeing design request process within Network Computing Group for Design Engineering Center in a Six Sigma environment, collaborating with technology system teams to lead technology designs. * Defined project direction for Network Computing Group (NCG) deliverables in Design Engineering Center process, enabling a better understanding of technical strategy for Bank of America. * Coordinated with business partners, designing their technology architecture to drive infrastructure designs across banking environment. * Managed enterprise projects including project design, budget tracking, status reporting, and communication to management.
