Daily Duties at Breakaway Solutions:
Responsible for developing a service practice for delivering e-business solutions for Procurement & Sourcing, Supply Chain Management and B2B Exchanges for Fortune 500, mid-market and emerging enterprises. The practice delivered over $25M in sales in 2000 and over 40 B2B implementation engagements in two years. Responsibilities included: ? Identification, design and development of practice service offerings including Strategic Assessment, Software Evaluation & Implementation, Custom Development & Application Hosting ? Development and management of all practice business development, sales & marketing activities. Development and management of over 20 vendor alliances, including i2 ? Delivery support and oversight for national organization of 300 people, including management of programs for training, knowledge management and communications related to practice solutions and services
