Daily Duties at Matrix Business Technologies:
Interface, on a daily basis with various CLEC gui’s to obtain status updates such as FOC, SOC & DLR’s. Process local digital and analog service and data / circuits moves, adds, changes, disconnects and new installs through uCommand, Verizon, Qwest and XO in a timely manner and follow order through to completion.
