Daily Duties at M & T Bank:
Work in commercial real estate department assisting commercial real estate executives. Create memos and proposals. Update customer files. Prepare duplicate file folders for loans and send originals to main office. Provide adequate customer support with customers’ inquiries, problems and request. Work with Caps and SFA programs. Retrieve tri-comparison credit reports. Answers incoming telephone calls, forwards calls to appropriate individual or take clear message. Sorts and distribute all incoming mail. Provides general administrative support to all members of department and executive levels. Print customer mailing labels and letters.
