Daily Duties at Global Crossing:
Support sales, engineers and clients to help reach team goals. Assist in sales proposals and pricing with multi level accounts to ensure that all parties involved reap financial growth. Review open issues and action items. Conduct team and One on One meetings. Implement productivity standards and new procedures. Organize and maintain workflow. Improve processes. Monitor scheduled events and adjust assignments accordingly. Order supplies and equipment. Provide leadership, coach and motivate coordinators to meet expectations of CLEC customer base.
