Daily Duties at Apptis, Inc.:
Held P&L responsibility for a $112M product fulfillment revenue budget. Set profit margin goals. Led an inside sales team that handled product quotes and shipments as well as provided support to DoD Health Affairs, VA, and HHS customers; approved all low-margin quotes/orders and conducted weekly account reviews for both inside and outside sales teams. Managed relationships and negotiated credit terms/conditions, product offerings, and product lead times with vendors. Ensured compliance with corporate ISO processes.
