Daily Duties at Scott Enterprises:

· Responsible for developing the corporate sales staff to support seven diffent facilities. · Responsible for developing the divisional sales managers to support the sales growth of 10 different entity's. · Establish weekly, monthly and annual sales targets. · A member of the Executive Team responsible for creating a long term strategic growth plan for the company. Accepted the team lead for 3 of the 6 strategies for the long term plan. · Anticipating market upswings/downturns “Perfect Storm” and providing solutions that will allow the company to remain leaders in their respective competitive sets · Created the annual departmental operating budget and marketing plan, which supports the overall objectives of the company. · Instrumental in creating “We Promise to Care” campaign which enhances our company mission statement that helped to change the culture of our company. · Responsible for tactical execution of the training for the pre-opening team for Hilton Garden Inn and Stay bridge Suites. · Designed and Implemented “Creative Thinking” revenue generating process for new business for our company.
