Daily Duties at Cyber Cash, Inc. :

Product Marketing & Education Director Multitude of roles for e-commerce solution provider including: product marketing, project management, event management (CEBIT, Internet World, ISPCON), direct marketing, and ad agency management. Tasks included radio, cable, print, and electronic media buys; budgeting; competitive analyses; focus groups; alpha/beta product tests; web site redesign; graphical user interface design and usability testing; writing creative briefs; staff development; instituting corporate wide web based performance evaluation systems; business process re-engineering focused on account management, partner business development, channel sales, customer support, web delivered services and human resources. Project manager and content writer for corporate marketing Intranet as primary tool for distributing product knowledge and sales tools. Provided educational resource for corporate executives and the sales organization including the development and delivery of sales and developer training and community storage of proposals, competitive analyses, and customer presentations. Identified need, researched opportunity, and pioneered the infrastructure for a web distributed training program and workbooks for education of technology partner technical integrators and e-business merchants. Managed external alpha and beta testing of training web site that gained improved customer satisfaction on hundreds of threatened contracts. Company was awarded several international contracts immediately following introduction to re-seller opportunities offered in the e-business merchant training programs. Thousands of workbooks distributed through Microsoft software developer training programs. Directly responsible for product management, publishing and marketing of educational products and services including; but not limited to: program definition, development, rollout, business case development, funding, and profitability; preparing an annual business plans that includes pricing, channel strategy, and financial projections; writing requirements documents and developing web deployed courseware. Produced customized training programs for partners: Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Earthlink, US Web, PSINet, Paymentech, Discover, National Bank of Canada and many others. Built Internet Customer Support Center to include: call center; support representative web based training; Internet research tools; installation, configuration and subsequent migrations of Customer Relationship Management tools from Lotus Notes Databases to Platinum’s Apriori to Vantive 8. Led situational analysis meetings with customer focus during critical product launches. Led recovery of online merchant registration software development project. Team rapidly delivered a usable solution with expanded scope to include partner registration implementing personal design of a “customer management dashboard” with CRM solution integration. Defined and launched online performance management program, incentive plans, management training and staff development programs with HR staff. Wrote advertisements and radio ad copy to increase applicant response rate.
