Daily Duties at Foli Ofn :
HR Manager, Corporate Communications Manager, Product & Project Manager Diversified management roles for online brokerage with focus on organizational development for early, Internet brokerage start-up. Managed Corporate Communications while building long term General Administrative teams in HR, desktop support, network operations, customer support and facilities. Obtained phenomenal frequency of top tier press throughout first year of operations and through each product launch. Implemented highly successful use of Internet and print publications for placement of employment advertisements. Individually responsible for growing staff from 13 – 125+, in less than 7 months, enabling new HR team to continue growth to 225 in subsequent 5 months. Aggressive implementation of new employee benefits programs to include medical, dental, vision, life, STD, LTD, 401K and Section 125 pretax deduction plans. Design of performance management and salary administration programs. Role included personal responsibility for site selection and lease negotiations; FF&E selection and purchase; space planning; network and telecommunications configuration and installation; and office relocations as company size rapidly grew. Sr. Product Manager role with Master Scheduler responsibilities, as the sole corporate IT Project Manager coordinated efforts of 18 product, development, support and sales managers. Managed 100% on-time master monthly release schedules comprised of over 30-65 new product features per semi-monthly release. As Product Manager, assessed customer product requirements, wrote detailed functional specifications, executed unit tests, coordinated with development leads and vendors to deliver quality solutions. Used focus groups identify new product and service opportunities. Provided internal consultation, training and educational sessions on e-Commerce advanced applications, channel sales, Internet customer support models and various uses of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology applications. Provided direction and guidance on the definition of corporate CRM vision to support overall business objectives and regulatory compliance. Led Crisis Team in the development of the corporate Key Personnel Succession Plan, Continuity of Operations and Disaster Recovery Plan. Over 160 hours of extensive coursework in preparation for securities broker and supervisor licensing exams, attaining NASD Series 63 and Series 24 licenses with scheduled exam for Series 7 license.
