Daily Duties at Swift :

Program Management Office, Sr. Financial Analyst Communications & Strategy Provided leadership and structure for team of 24 project managers at International e-banking payment solution provider. Act as organizational development consultant to the CIO enabling change, providing new vision, methods and innovative approaches to traditional internal and external IT communication methodologies enabling a legacy cooperative to move successfully into the IP generation. Guided implementation of succession plans for key contributors. As senior program management team member, collaborated, documented and implemented corporate Program Management Office standards and procedures including master scheduling and budgeting. Provided methodology and support for corporate reporting to the SWIFT Board and Executive Committees. Developed post 9/11 COOP/DR communications in wake of telecommunications single point of failure at WTC. Enabled sales team to maintain critical business development opportunities, by designing storyboards to convert major annual conference to CD-ROM as a result of 9/11 cancellation of international event.
