Daily Duties at Nvisions:
CEO and Managing Partner Provide outsourced placement services to boutique consulting firms serving niche markets. Assist small business owners to understand today’s market, create a corporate vision, develop corporate presence and create new business relationships. Provide strategic planning, marketing, HR and facility consulting services. Create employee handbooks, and turn key HR resource kits for start-up companies. Launched company and led strategic planning, marketing, finance and operations as an independent tradeshow production company. Business development efforts resulted in 125 new clients and 23 partners in first year. Enabled continuity of operations with planned exit strategy options for converting events management business model to consulting services in wake of major international competitor entering the marketplace.
