• Produced & managed all mark down letters, product rejection notice, cube changes, late shipments & RTV & stock balance templates. • Establish & administered vendor factory information for all officers of the company. • Initiated & issued Inspection reports to officers at QVC. • Created & managed purchase orders with specifications as to product, description, F.O.B, accessories, necessary labels & warnings, product picture & complete assembly instructions. • Formed quality assurance spreadsheets & production sample spreadsheets to manage QA samples & Sale Samples request. • Created quality assurance failure & passing notifications to be submitted to vendors for proper paperwork, assembly & function & testing. • Corresponded with QVC QA sample evaluators to ensure the correct procedures being used to get the products conditionally accepted or passing grade. • Issued UPC barcode to QVC supplier vendor chain to ensure proper skuing of product when received at QVC’s warehouse. • Corresponded with Merchandisers & VP’s on a daily basis to discuss or rectify any P.O. issues, QA disputes & the overall production of the operations department.
