• Full fledge recording studio with state of the art equipment. • Full functioning record label with growing artist & management. • Constant communication with GM’s and designated venue coordinators • Soliciting brand name sponsorship for big events. • Creating repor with parent labels in order to elevate Presha Records Inc & Gflux studio. • Set financial budgets for both companies. • Correspond with advertising executives from cable & radio stations. • Highering of employees. • Marketing concepts & ideas for both companies. • Interview prospective employees & make the decision in the highering process. • Make executive decisions daily.
