Assisted customers with troubleshooting various issues concerning their Verizon DSL, e-mail software, DSL modem, internet browsers etc. ? Perform various duties for Dish Network client: Troubleshot technical issues, billing adjustments and collection of payments, modified customer’s current programming package, setup truck rolls in order for a technician to further assist the customer with their issues etc.
