Daily Duties at American Instants, Inc.:
Production Manager: Over the production of the Industrial Division and the Blending Division daily. Ordering/Maintaining ingredients for customer's orders. Managing 9 employees daily. Processing orders, blending sheets and specifications on machinery for each client. Customer Service: Process the clients' orders in a timely fashion via Macola. Working closely with the Sales & Shipping Departments to maintain quality relations with our customers. Answering all client questions and concerns via email, fax or telephone.
