Probate wills and represented and advised executors and administrators of estates. Provided legal services to those in the community that were unable to financially secure other legal services. Worked in environmental law, representing public interest groups in their dealing with state and federal agencies. Helped develop federal and state programs, drafted and interpreted laws and legislation, and established enforcement procedures. Studied Constitution, statutes, decisions, regulations, and ordinances of quasi-judicial bodies to determine ramifications for cases.
