Daily Duties at Guaranty Residential Lending:

Sr. Loan Officer I originated residential mortgage loans while marketing myself, the company & loan programs to Realtors, Financial Planners & their clients. I gathered all financial documents necessary to accurately complete a loan package. I pulled credit reports, ordered appraisals, and opened escrow. Once all information was complete, I submitted the file to FNMA and/or FHLMC for underwriting via automated underwriting. I provided details on loan progress to all concerned during the loan process. I usually attended the loan signing to answer any last minute questions the borrower may have.
