Daily Duties at Indus International:

Directed Hosted business unit for the world’s leader in Enterprise Asset Management Software. Oversaw efforts to bring new SaaS product line to market including business planning, organizational development, scheduling, budgeting and resource management; Developed market research plans, market strategy, branding strategy, sales materials and training programs; Directed business development, product development and product delivery; Managed 32 staff members, with full P&L responsibility. As Director of Methodologies and Best Practices, I oversaw the group for development of products and best practices to support implementation of software solutions; Created best business practices, organizational change practices and methodologies; Defined and established professional services product line; Trained and mentored senior consultants on the implementation of best practices and methodologies. As Senior Product Development Manager, I managed product development processes including strategic planning, tactical planning, cost analysis, resource management, workload planning, solution design, software development, and sales/marketing communications; Oversaw product teams through the complete development process from conception to delivery. As Project Manager, I managed multi-million dollar projects, from contract initiation through implementation; responsible for the project planning process, which includes: estimating cost and schedule, resource allocation, workload planning, client communications, and user/client satisfaction; on-going project management, which includes: customer relations, negotiations, project planning, budget management, team management, and business development. As a Senior Analyst, I developed design concepts and specifications, and prepared estimates for all new development and/or customization; Tested and verified that delivered software meets the defined requirements and are of high quality; Developed and provided all application documentation, including on-line tutorials; Directed activities of application development team.
