Daily Duties at Copelansd Sports:

Was brought on board to establish a previously nonexistent corporate function; developed and executed the company’s real estate, store planning, construction, and physical plant maintenance functions. Championed management interaction and idea exchange to drive new store design and merchandising concepts. Instituted new store sales forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and IRR hurdle rates. Defined methods and best practices for all related and codependent corporate functions, including market research, sales projection, site selection, maintenance, and property management. Hired and supervised outside real estate brokers, architects/construction managers, and legal counsel, including litigators. Planned and controlled multi-million dollar capital and expense budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
