Qualifications: Having 30 years (combined F&B experience) I have working knowledge of all positions as well as provide guidance, support & training to my team members. I have worked in both union and non- union companies and have advanced knowledge of collective bargaining agreement and health department regulations. I am Serve Safe certified and all my work cards are current. Maintaining budgets, food and beverage costs as well as saving labor (with proper scheduling) is key for the bottom line.
