Description
The bulk of my work history lies in more technical roles, although they were very customer service oriented. The stepped processes engrained in HR roles are completely relatable to my experience, in that on a daily basis I was asked to assess a customer issue or need, design and implement a service plan or resolution, and then evaluate the plan or resolution through testing and observation. This experience combined with my education, leaves me well-versed in HR law, issues and processes, and provides a solid foundation for success in an HR-related position.
