in Managed the manufacturing, assembly, and service departments while diligently reviewing work instructions and bill of materials to ensure proper assembly and on time delivery by respective departments comprised of a total of 85 operators. * Conducted daily production meetings to coordinate inventory availability and production and delivery schedules, which helped to maximize efficiency throughout the shop. * Lead replacement parts, drum manufacturing, maintenance, blast, prime, and assembly departments in a safety improvement initiative by developing and scheduling weekly safety meetings to create and document new safety measures for the company. * Assisted customer service department in personally handling client requests from order to meet client satisfaction. * Improved and streamlined production capabilities to exceed required monthly productivity from an initial 10 trucks a month to 40 trucks a month which were successfully delivered under my guidance. Supervised and managed assigned staff of 15 mechanic assemblers and 17 welders in the production of seismic buggies. Monthly production increased from 10 to 20 units under my direction. * Coordinated daily tasks for flow line assembly according to logistics schedule to improve efficiencies and meet delivery goals. * Successful in creating an effective assembly line by properly redesigning the shop layout which lead to the highest production record since inception of 200 units and 70 seismic kits per year.
