PROFILE Robyn Lux is a management professional with eight years of experience in the food catering industry. She has served as a consultant to four Texas school districts in positions ranging from assistant director to production manager to director of food services. Her professional skills include managing employees, producing operating reports and production records, developing menus, overseeing quality control, being responsible for safety and sanitation, managing inventory and expenses, catering special events, and leading employee meetings. Robyn also taught in elementary education for six semesters in two school districts. She is a 2012 graduate of the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Early Childhood Education (K-6).
