I was a Benefit Specialist for Starwood Hotels and Resorts. I handled daily and monthly reports for the corporate office concerning their associates and their benefits. I was also responsible for the case work that may have resulted from a participant call that needed further research from a more experienced team member. I participated in client specific and technology training for annual enrollment and also for new hires to the team. During the 2005 annual enrollment, I provided on-site client support to the call representatives. In 2006, the client requested a dependent audit for all their employees and I was the lead liaison for this project. That included overseeing 15 call representatives and reporting to the client on a daily basis.
