Description
Experienced with writing and Implementing MOPS. * Highly proficient in reading Cisco network design, development and installation within and active network. * Possess Knowledge of installation, configuration, and administration of Cisco, Cyan, Alcatel, Nortel, Fujitsu transmission bays and shelves and switches. * Read a circuit layout record, and understand diagrams and schematics locating the uplink and identifying the nodes along the path from A to Z. * Responsible for building in Cyan, Cisco Vlans, MVlan, SVlans, EVPL, EPL, MPLS from Virtual schematics in Tirks M6 Metasolv. * Perform traffic monitoring and traffic verification in Cisco equipment on the Windstream network. * Build MOP's in SIS database and schedule daily Implementation for BET, CAF, CPT, BETA orders. * Perform daily cutovers with the Data group for new service implementation. * Take care of any escalations that may occur within the network during operation hours. * Review and verify coworkers provisioning and port assignments to reduce mistakes during cutovers Network Project Manager
