Working successfully in school administration, both public and private, is verification of my abilities to achieve organizational objectives utilizing a wide range of personnel while also appeasing an equally wide range of parental expectations. In other words, I believe God has gifted me with the ability to understand an objective as well as to work with the audience within which the objective must be met. Some of the administrative successes I have experienced were accomplished during fairly adverse circumstances, financially and politically. I thrive on challenging situations.
