PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY I have completed the Post Graduate Certificate in Education via UKZN. It has always been my yearning to educate the young as I believe that knowledge shared is always multiplied and never divided. Together with my years of service in the corporate world I will be able to successfully teach and pass my knowledge to all my learners. I thrive on challenges and I am very responsible. - HR Administration & Recruitment * Booking of psychometric tests * Coordinating the interview process - Short list CVs, set-up appointment for interviews, arranging venues, recruitment file, interview score matrix, regret letters * Changing & updating organizational structure, positions, roles on SAP * Arrange psychometric testing * Obtain credit, criminal & qualifications from Kroll * Book & inform employee of pre-employment check - up * Send regret letters to unsuccessful applicants * Co-ordinating training administration i.e booking, confirmations, venue & travel arrangements * Check training registers for accuracy & capture training registers on SAP * Updating the training matrix * Implemented an effective manual & computerized filing & administration system to ensure customer needs & enquiries are handled with professionalism, accuracy & timeously * Ensure all employee information is updated & relevant & kept confidential in line with SAP & SAB policies & standards * Taking & typing of minutes in meetings * Arrange MUM meetings, take & type minutes HR Scorecard Reporting * Reporting on headcount, vacancy rate, equity, absenteeism, time errors, leave balance, overtime, one-on-one discussion, performance review discussion, employee development discussions.
