Ensure each Technician's success through coaching, motivating, planning, organizing, and problem solving. * Work with Market Manager to develop weekly schedule to ensure proper staffing levels are met to handle current and new business opportunities. * Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to employee performance. * Conduct and document informal and formal performance reviews to ensure Technicians are aware of their strengths as well as opportunities for improvement. * In conjunction with Market Manager, discipline and terminate, if necessary, under-performed or problem employees. * Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner, including invoicing and daily call-in numbers. * Oversee ordering and management of supplies and tools for assigned customers/locations. Oversee all quality production processes for 5 departments. Hired and managed an increasing resource load from 8 associates to 53 working in conjunction with the engineering and quality departments we streamlined vehicle delivery and presentation into the facility. These efforts helped reduced an average static vehicle inventory from 5000 to 2500 or less daily. 2007 - 2012 * Oversee the safety, production, and quality efforts in The Main Accessory Building. Total manpower 64 associates in the following four departments: Leather upholstery department, alloyed wheel and tire packages, vehicle security and entertainment upgrades, appearance upgrades. 2012 to 2013 * Directly supported the installation of window tint for over 200 units daily. Working in conjunction with the vehicle logistics group to temper department throughput with aged product to gain a balanced and consistent daily output. Leveraging inside and outside supplier resources I headed a project to standardize tooling and installation methods. Resulting in an overall reduction in installation time, improvement to FTQ, and an overall scrap reduction of approximately $15,000.00 per month 2013 to 2014 * Reporting directly to the VPC Director of Operations I was tasked with autonomously and successfully launching a 3rd shift within the Window Tint department. Working independently and under an aggressive timeline I was responsible for the hiring and training, of 24 new hourly associates. With an emphasis on training and quality control the required production metrics were met within a three month time frame. 2014 to 2015 * Reporting to the planning and Logistics Sr. Manager I oversee four expeditors and 5 warehouse associates. Responsibilities include the ordering, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories to all three production buildings within the VPC. Working in conjunction with Road and Rail Services I ensure that production units are received from both rail and truck in delivery. Coordinating efforts with three operations managers I ensure that vehicle introduction, movement, and presentation compliment the available direct labor required to meet production goals for the day.
