With 24 years of experience in a variety of nursing specialties, I am an asset to a healthcare team. I come equipped with excellent communication skills as well as a healthy sense of humor. Strong assessment and technical skills at the bedside and my motivating personality enhance my ability to care for patients while working well with others. I continually assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate my own goals as I plan my career path. I am adept with computers and enjoy learning new systems. My experience with Meditech and Cerner systems has taught me the key components of Electronic Medical Records and I believe that I would adapt well to your EMR system. With many years in Acute care as well as in management I am understanding of both timeliness and budget constraints in the current healthcare environment.
