Highlights:

1. Able to design a $24M project in a three month period including drawings and specifications. 2. All design projects under my review fineished after construction with less than 5% in change orders. 3. Need to make a need assessment to 56,000 apartments, prepare report and make presentation in public hearings for approval in a 6 month period. It was done and approved. 4. I was a ad-honorem member of Commonwealth Parkville School Board of directors for nine years and during that time I was the Chair of the Capital Improvements Committee. I was responsible of doing the project management of a $1.5M expansion to the Parkville Campus and it was constructed in a two month summer period. The project was finished 10% below the budget and we comply with all expectations.
