Top first place awards and recognition were received over my career from organizations: the international Association of Port Authorities - Port Communication Award; American Association of Port Authorities, Frist Place Public Relations Award; Long Beach International Sister Cities Award for Service; City of Long Beach, Pride of Partnership Award; Asian Pacific Business Association Award; American Cancer Society Award for Service; St. Anthony Star Award for Service; International City Theater Service Award; Long Beach Qingdao, China Association Award for Service, Propeller Club of America; Salute to 911 - 10th Anniversary Celebration; Long Beach World Trade Center groundbreaking and grand openings; co-founder of ACCORD Community First a non-profit workforce development organizations serving youth in the southland; wrote and gained grants for multiple non-profit and educational institutions; as a developer achieving a Gold, LEED Certification for recent 15 acre development; recently was appointed as a Charter Commissioner of Parks, Recreation and Marine for the City of Long Beach.
