CollapseDescription

Due to the extensive waiting lis to become an RN, I chose the route of becoming an LPN first. Using this as a stepping stone to reach my ultimate goal of becoming an RN in a children's oncology unit will get my into the work force quicker where I'll be able to use my nursing procedures and clinical skills. I have over 4 years clinical experience as a nursing assistant, and I have 4 months clinical and procedural experience as a student LPN. My schooling is on hold due to a move, and I'm excited to get into the work force to keep my skills current and fresh. In school, I've completed all classes and check-offs for ALL LPN nursing procedures and did so with a 4.0 GPA.
